Last May 23rd, our Executive Education Centre was highligthed on TF1’s program Grands Reportages presented by Anne-Claire Coudray.
For one year, TF1’s team followed the path of three students of Institut Paul Bocuse and the one of Victor Michel, head of a textile company, who joined one of our career retraining programs in cuisine, Cuisine & Horizon, in September 2019, with the Chef Jean Philippon.
8 weeks of training, alongside Chefs and experts with an exceptional career, to learn the techniques, the gestures and the managerial and culinary skills required to obtain the certificate “Restaurant Chef and Owner”, registered in the Registre National de la Certification Professionnelle by the French Ministry of Labor, and to begin its professional project.
