In the face of current challenges related to recruitment and team retention, the ability to manage becomes critically important. The goal of this certification is to support managers and team leaders in addressing these issues by providing them with tools aimed at promoting collaboration and mobilizing collective intelligence. It enhances team management with new practices that encourage cooperation, cohesion, responsability, and engagement.

Certificate of Competence: “Integrating Collaborative Management Practices,” registered in the Specific Directory of Certifications and Authorizations, issued by FORMANOVA under number RS6031.

Duration: 5 (3+2) days-36 hours

Dates: Form June 18th to 20th 2024 + from July 4th to 5th 2024

Number of participants: 6 to 10

Requirements: To have a minimum of one year of experience in team management, to have identified an issue related to a need for collaboration, cohesion, and team effectiveness, and to have completed the pre-formative questionnaire.

Price: €3,550 including VAT-€2,958.33 excluding VAT

Organization details

The program is structured over a 3-day in-person training, followed by a 15-day break during which the candidate implements an action plan within their team, leveraging the knowledge gained. Subsequently, the candidate returns for 2 days to finalize the training and prepare for the certification presentation.

 

Certification

Convened by the certifying body FORMANOVA, the candidate presents their professional action plan to a jury of professionals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in management. The presentation occurs remotely, via video conference, approximately 1 month after the training.

Evaluation consists of two parts:

  1. The candidate presents an analysis of their managerial practices, their professional project, evolution objectives, and collaborative action plan. Duration: 20 minutes presentation + 20 minutes Q&A.
  2. Role-play of an individual feedback interview. Duration: 15 minutes.

The candidate receives an email notification of the certification decision within a maximum of 3 months after the end of the training.

Upon successful certification, the candidate is awarded the “Integrating Collaborative Management Practices” certificate, registered in the Specific Directory of Certifications and Authorizations.
