In the face of current challenges related to recruitment and team retention, the ability to manage becomes critically important. The goal of this certification is to support managers and team leaders in addressing these issues by providing them with tools aimed at promoting collaboration and mobilizing collective intelligence. It enhances team management with new practices that encourage cooperation, cohesion, responsability, and engagement.

Requirements: To have a minimum of one year of experience in team management, to have identified an issue related to a need for collaboration, cohesion, and team effectiveness, and to have completed the pre-formative questionnaire.

Organization details
The program is structured over a 3-day in-person training, followed by a 15-day break during which the candidate implements an action plan within their team, leveraging the knowledge gained. Subsequently, the candidate returns for 2 days to finalize the training.
