Duration: 18 months (part-time) – 700 hours

Dates: From January 16th 2026 to July 9th 2027

Number of participants: 6 to 16

Requirements: To be eligible, applicants must at least hold a Bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS) or an equivalent Level 6 qualification, along with three years of mandatory professional experience. Admission is equally open to professionals with a minimum of five years of substantial experience in the hospitality sector, through a VAPP (Validation of Acquired Professional and Personnal Experience).

Tuition Fee: €29,430 including VAT-€24,525 excluding VAT

This program is designed for executives working in hospitality, tourism, or service industries; for managers, department heads, and corporate executives seeking to move into strategic leadership roles; as well as for professionals in career transition or those wishing to broaden their responsibilities, and for project leaders.

The program is delivered in English.

 

Earn a Double Degree

Upon completion of the programme, and subject to the validation of the assessment blocks, participants will obtain:

  • an MSc-Master of Science awarded by the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE),

  • as well as the RNCP39248 Level 7 title “Manager en hôtellerie-restauration”, officially recognized by the French Ministry of Labour, validating their strategic expertise and leadership in a rapidly transforming industry.

Phase 1: Driving Transformation (105h of classes + 70h of independent work)

  • Module 1: Transformational Leadership & Soft Skills
    Develop strategic, human, and intercultural leadership; unite teams and support change.

  • Module 2: Global Trends & The Future of Hospitality
    Understand major industry trends, technological and managerial innovations, and anticipate market shifts.

Phase 2: Innovating and Transforming (175h of classes + 129h of independent work)

  • Module 3: Strategic Innovation & Business Model Design
    Analyze the evolution of business models, develop growth strategies, and adopt an intrapreneurial mindset.

  • Module 4: Digitalization, AI & Smart Hospitality
    Master digital and technological tools to optimize performance, enhance the guest experience, and drive sustainable digital transformation.

Phase 3: Driving Performance and Profitability (140h of classes + 82h of independent work)

  • Module 5: Finance, Asset & Revenue Management
    Manage profitability and financial performance, implement KPIs, and assess the strategic value of a hotel or restaurant asset.

  • Module 6: Sustainable Hospitality & ESG Strategy
    Integrate sustainability and CSR dimensions into corporate strategy, balancing economic performance with social responsibility.

Phase 4: Reinventing the Guest Experience (70h of classes + 70h of independent work)

  • Module 7: Marketing, Branding & Customer Experience
    Build distinctive customer journeys, harness data and digital tools to enrich guest relationships.

  • Module 8: Hospitality Design, Ergonomics & Trends
    Understand the impact of design on guest experience and brand value, and incorporate design and ergonomic trends into projects.

Phase 5: Professional Transformation Project (175h of classes + 129h of independent work)

  • Module 9: Entrepreneurship & Intrapreneurship
    Lead an innovative strategic project, engage stakeholders, and manage execution in complex environments.
  • Module 10: Professional Impact Thesis
    Apply learnings to a concrete project, produce a structured analysis, and present findings before a jury with personalized guidance.

 

 

 


Strategic and Experiential Learning

The programme is built on an active and immersive approach, combining individual and group case studies, real-world simulations, strategic projects presented before a jury, and the completion of a professional thesis.

Participants work on real projects provided by partner companies, take part in international learning expeditions and visits to benchmark establishments, and benefit from access to an e-learning platform and digital resources from the Institut Lyfe.

This innovative pedagogy blends hybrid formats (in-person and online, synchronous and asynchronous), strong real-world grounding, and co-design with industry professionals, ensuring that learning outcomes are immediately applicable to the strategic challenges faced by organizations.

 

Assessment Methods

The programme emphasizes learning by doing, with individual and group case studies, professional simulations, and a strategic project presented before a jury. Each participant concludes the programme with a professional thesis, defended before a jury, to apply the skills acquired to a concrete, high-impact project.

This programme is eligible for financing through the Compte Personnel de Formation (CPF). Depending on your situation, you may benefit from partial or full funding for your training.
