A CAREER CHANGE PROGRAM TO OPEN YOUR OWN RESTAURANT WITH INSTITUT LYFE
The restaurant industry is an exciting sector that requires professionals to thrive, assert themselves and express their personality in order to meet the expectations of an increasingly demanding clientele, particularly as part of a career change project in the restaurant industry.
Apart from the legal requirement to hold an operating licence, French regulations do not require any specific training to create and manage a restaurant. As a result, one out of every two restaurants in France closes before the end of its third year of operation, often due to a lack of expertise in management practices, professional culinary techniques and restaurant business creation and management.
This observation led to the creation of a professional training program that combines entrepreneurial expertise with management skills specifically applied to the operation and management of a restaurant business.
This program is CPF-eligible and allows participants to obtain the Level 4 RNCP qualification “Cook” (RNCP 38611), an essential foundation for anyone pursuing a career change project with the goal of opening a restaurant.
