The « Cuisine & Passion » tailored program provides you the knowledge and fundamentals techniques of French gastronomy.
This 3 weeks session enables you to discover national culinary traditions and contemporary cooking trends. It allows you to progress in a trusted environment to develop your creativity in order to be able to create your very own recipes.
This program is provided by the École de Cuisine Gourmets by Institut Lyfe (formerly Institut Paul Bocuse).

- Pastry making : the great classics of french pastry and contemporary desserts ( tarts, cakes, choux pastry, macaroons…).
