Last week took place the final of the “Un Goûter Presque Parfait” competition organized by the ACPPA group.
The objective of this competition is to highlight the work of the chefs from the different residences of the groupby offering them the opportunity to challenge themselves around pastry making while respecting specifications and an imposed theme. For this edition, the participants had to imagine a dessert around seasonal vegetables.
Chef Arnaud Montrobert, Pastry Chef at Restaurant Saisons* and Trainer for our Executive Education Centre, as well as Fabienne Novelli, our Customer Relationship Manager, had the pleasure to be part of the jury for this final and to taste the desserts of the five finalists.
