Reopening of the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie de Lyon

On the occasion of the press conference for the reopening of the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie de Lyon, our Chefs Eugénie Guillermin and Charles Liets honored the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region through its products and producers, alongside Chef Alain Alexanian, offering guests two cocktails pieces.

Invited by the Michelin three-stars Chef Régis Marcon for the inauguration of his exhibition “Bonnes Tables, Belles Tables”, dedicated to the “arts de la table” and the art of table service, the Chef Eugénie Guillermin made a savory bite “Œuf de caille presque parfait en montagne”: quail egg from Dombe cooked at low temperature accompanied by a cream of potato with bacon and a raclette emulsion from La Guillotière.
For his sweet bite, Chef Charles Liets offered a pavlova and his Drôme fig chutney deglazed with Beaujolais, Bresse fresh cream and Isère walnut gianduja.
We are delighted to have participated to this event which actively contributes to the influence of our gastronomy and our region!
